Covid-19 - Latest Update 25/03/20
Following the UK Governments latest efforts to fight the current Coronavirus pandemic, PalletTruckParts.co.uk is doing it's part to assist with preventing the spread of this virus, whilst providing support for our customers.
As of 25/03/2020, all none essential staff are now working from home. Any calls to our office will be forwarded to one of our staff who will be able to answer BETWEEN 12noon & 3pm weekdays ONLY, so please be aware that whilst your call to us is important to us, you may have to leave a message if we are unable to answer your call. We will however get back to you as soon as we can. If you can't get through on the phone, please email us on email@example.com and we will respond as quickly as we can. We would recomend that if you need us, e-mail us and we will get in contact as soon as we are able.
We will also be restricting order dispatches to Tuesdays and Fridays only, WHILST ROYAL MAIL AND OUR OTHER DELIVERY PARTNERS ARE STILL ABLE TO OPERATE. Again, this is so that we limit the time our staff have to come to our warehouse and pack orders. Social distancing and enhanced hygiene procedures will be strictly observed, and we are no longer allowing non-staff members into our work premises.
Please note, orders from key sectors such as medical supplies, food production, food distribution and the emergency services will be taken as priority and we will endeavour to dispatch these as soon as we can. Please contact us if you have an urgent order that is related to a key sector use.
The nature of the situation is rapidly changing, so we will try and keep you up to date with any further changes to our services.
